GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Product Prices

All prices displayed on the website include the applicable VAT in accordance with current legislation. The applicable prices will be those published at the time the order is validated by the customer.

The company reserves the right to modify product prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced according to the rates in force at the time of order confirmation, except in the case of obvious typographical or photographic errors.

2. Payment Methods

The customer may pay for their order using the following methods:

  • Credit/Debit Card
  • Bank Transfer

3. Payment by Bank Transfer

If this method is selected, the customer will be provided with the necessary bank details to transfer the total order amount, including shipping costs.

Once the transfer has been made, the customer must send proof of payment by email. After verification of payment, the invoice will be issued and the order will be shipped.

4. Payment Refusal or Dispute

In the event of a card payment refusal, the company reserves the right to suspend or cancel the order and to refuse future orders from customers involved in payment disputes related to previous purchases.

5. Limitation of Liability

It is the customer’s responsibility to have the necessary technical knowledge for the proper use of the purchased products.

The company shall not be liable for damages resulting from improper, incorrect, or negligent use of the products.

6. Delivery Times

In general, orders are delivered within an estimated period of 24 to 48 business hours.

In certain cases, delivery times may extend to 4 or 5 business days, especially if the product or size is not in stock.

7. Shipping

Orders will be shipped to the address indicated by the customer during the purchase process, which may or may not match the billing address.

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.

The company is not responsible for delays caused by transport companies.

8. Shipping Outside Europe

Orders destined outside Europe will be handled individually. Customers must contact the company by email in advance, specifying delivery address, products, models, and quantities, to receive information about shipping costs and conditions.

9. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the type of product and the destination and will be displayed during checkout before final confirmation.

10. Offers, Promotions and Discount Codes

Offers and promotions are valid while stocks last or during the specified period, except in case of obvious error.

Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

Promotional codes are subject to specific conditions and are not cumulative, including shipping discounts.

The company reserves the right to modify or cancel promotional codes without prior notice.

11. Warranty

Products are manufactured according to required quality standards.

All products are covered by the legal warranty applicable under current regulations.

Damage caused by misuse, negligence, impact, accidents, or normal wear and tear is excluded from the warranty.

12. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has a period of 14 business days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable legislation.

Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

The product must be returned unused, in perfect condition, with original packaging, labels, documentation, and suitable for resale.

13. Products Excluded from Withdrawal

Excluded from the right of withdrawal:

  • Personalized or made-to-order products
  • Used, unsealed, or manipulated products

14. Returns and Exchanges

The customer may request a return or exchange within 14 business days from delivery.

To be accepted, the product must be unused, in original packaging with labels, and include all documentation and accessories.

Return and reshipping costs are borne by the customer and deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for purchase.

15. Damaged or Defective Product

Upon delivery, the customer must check the condition of the package. If visible damage is present, it must be noted on the delivery slip and the shipment rejected.

Hidden damage must be reported within 7 calendar days from receipt.

After this period, claims with the transport company cannot be processed.

16. Conditions for Return or Exchange

To process a return or exchange:

  • The request must be made within the legal timeframe
  • The product must be properly packaged
  • The product must be unused and in perfect condition
  • All original documentation and accessories must be included
